Crosby Miller joined the RCU in July 2023 as a project manager who assists the Mississippi Department of Education’s Office of Special Education and Office of School Improvement in supporting administrators and educators across the state. Prior to joining the RCU, Miller was an elementary teacher and school psychometrist in the West Point Consolidated School District for nine years. In recognition of her exceptional teaching, she was bestowed with the Church Hill Elementary Teacher of the Year award in 2018. Miller holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Mississippi State University and a Master of Arts in School Psychometry from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
